We aim to provide exceptional experiences through our events, including Deep Tech Week and associated programming. To ensure clarity for all attendees, the following refund policy applies to all ticket purchases:
If an event is canceled by Hyperstition Incorporated, all ticket holders will receive a full refund, including processing fees.
If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Attendees who cannot make the rescheduled date may request a full refund within 14 days of the rescheduling notice.
Hyperstition Incorporated is not responsible for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes). In such cases, refunds may be issued at the organizer’s discretion.
Tickets are fully transferable to another attendee upon request, at no additional charge, up to 48 hours prior to the event. Please contact us at andrew@hyperstition.tech to request a name change.
